Pre-seed · Seed · Series A

From founders to founders — we help you raise your round and get your operations in shape.

Stetind is a fundraising and operations/AI advisory for pre-seed, seed and Series A startups, founded by Carlos Guillermo Costa and Héctor Andrés Costa. No equity, no fluff, no McKinsey playbook.

We've already lived this and we have the numbers

500K+ users (OTTAA Project)
USD 1M+ capital raised as founders
USD 200K GiveMove: Pre-Seed round closed
+USD 10K Servicar: MRR added

We're founders, not theory consultants

Carlos Guillermo Costa and Héctor Andrés Costa founded OTTAA Project: from an MVP to over 500,000 users in 11+ countries (peaking at 40,000 monthly active users) and over USD 1M raised, backed by Microsoft, UNICEF and Katapult.

The message is simple: we've lived exactly what you're living right now. Preparing a round, pitching investors, getting operations in order with a small team, it's not theory for us, it's our own experience.
We're named after Stetind, the mountain Norwegian sailors used to find their way: we already climbed ours, now we climb with you (why Stetind?).

No AI, no bots — it's Carlos and Héctor.

"We run every founder engagement ourselves, directly, face to face."— Carlos and Héctor Costa, founders of Stetind

Frequently asked questions

How we work

How is the cost of an engagement defined?

It's discussed during the discovery call. We don't publish a price range on the site — each engagement is sized based on the startup's stage and the scope of the project.

Do you work in exchange for equity?

No. Our model is 100% fee-based — we never work in exchange for equity, under any arrangement.

What working formats do you offer?

Two: a round-preparation sprint (4–6 weeks, intensive focus on narrative, deck, and data room) or an ongoing engagement (3+ months, sustained support on fundraising and/or operations). It doesn't require committing to a full 2–3 days/week fractional role if your startup doesn't need it.

Who actually does the work — you directly, or a team of consultants?

Carlos and Héctor run every engagement themselves, directly. There are no layers of junior consultants in between — the same person who builds the strategy is the one on the call with you and, when needed, in the room with investors.

Do you work remotely, or do we need to coordinate in person?

Work is mostly remote, with the flexibility to coordinate in-person meetings or trips when the process calls for it (for example, pitch sessions or fund negotiations). We also join founders directly in investor meetings, to help field tough questions we've already answered before. We've done this before on internationalization processes with clients across different time zones.

Do you handle confidentiality around our information and metrics?

Yes. All business, financial, and product information you share is handled confidentially. If your startup needs a formal NDA before sharing your data room or sensitive metrics, we're glad to sign one as part of kicking off the engagement.

What's the first step to start working together?

You book a free discovery call. There, we understand what stage your startup is at, what you need (a round, operations/AI, or both), and whether there's a fit. If there is, we define scope, format (sprint or ongoing), and the cost of the engagement.

What happens if we need to pause or adjust the scope midway through?

Ongoing engagements are reviewed periodically, so scope can be adjusted if the startup's priorities change (for example, if a round speeds up or gets paused). We work this out directly with you, without bureaucratic processes in between.

Services & startup stage

We're pre-seed and don't have revenue yet — is it still worth working with you?

Yes. We work with founders at very early stages, even without revenue yet — that's exactly when the investment narrative and preparation matter most.

Do you help us define the amount and valuation of the round?

Yes, it's part of our Investment Strategy work: we help define the narrative, the amount to raise, and how you're positioned in front of funds.

What's the difference between the Fundraising & Pitch pillar and the Operations & AI pillar? Can we hire just one?

Fundraising & Pitch covers everything related to preparing and closing a round: narrative, deck, data room, negotiation sparring, and internationalization. Operations & AI covers OKRs, internal processes, AI adoption, and the minimum viable data infrastructure needed to raise. You can hire just one pillar, or both if your startup needs them at the same time.

Do you help build the pitch deck and data room, or just the strategy?

Both. We work on strategy and narrative, but we also help build the deck itself and get the data room ready for due diligence. We also offer Investment Architecture: planning, mapping, and reasoning through the round with clear objectives — how much to raise, in what stages, and with what structure.

Do you only work with startups preparing a round, or also with ones that already closed one?

Both. Cboard already received a USD 300K investment and is preparing its Series A with us; GiveMove already closed USD 200K and continued working with us on FDA certification and ongoing optimization of its internal processes.

We don't have metrics or dashboards set up yet — is that a problem to get started?

No. That's exactly part of what the Operations & AI pillar covers — helping you stand up basic data infrastructure, the minimum viable metrics and dashboards you need to go raise capital with solid information behind you.

Do you work with startups outside Argentina or the region?

Yes. We've supported internationalization processes and investment trips with clients in markets like Chile, the UAE, the US, and Turkey, and we coordinate with teams across different time zones.

We're an accelerator or incubator — how does working with Stetind work?

We add mentorship backed by real fundraising and execution experience (not just theory) to your program's portfolio: one-off talks, individual mentoring for founders in your cohort, or recurring advisory for the full program. Our track record — OTTAA, Cboard, and GiveMove — is what backs it up.
